Lets bikeshed the first real ISO

OK, let's bikeshed this.

My wishlist for our usable "developer experience" ISO, as it were:

GNOME Shell
GNOME Software (integrated moss as a plus)
Flatpak + all the XDG portal stuff
Flathub pre-configured ?
GNOME Terminal (sorry, Console isn't great), possibly pinned to favourites?
Default upstream branding

Repo needs:

vscode
dfmt

Installer:

Open question, but as Solus will be the downstream friendly desktop - do we really need a graphical installer?

Golang, along with what you've mentioned here, is perfect for me. Node/npm would be a plus, because I (unfortunately) do web development for a living.

Would like to see an installer with cli from Serpent however this is a more challenging job than a graphical one imo)
